This position is within a friendly, community‑based nursing care home in Cleckheaton, providing nursing and residential care for adults with a wide range of needs. The service supports older people, individuals with long‑term health conditions and dementia, with an emphasis on compassionate, respectful and relationship‑led care.

The Role

We are recruiting a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to support residents by delivering high standards of nursing care and contributing positively to the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person‑centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
  • Carry out clinical assessments and ongoing reviews
  • Safely administer medication and manage medicines
  • Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Support and supervise care staff on shift
  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation
  • Contribute to safeguarding, infection control and quality standards

About You

  • Qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC PIN
  • Experience in nursing homes, dementia care or similar settings beneficial
  • Caring, professional and resident‑focused
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills
  • Committed to delivering dignified, high‑quality care
