We are delighted to be supporting one of our clients to recruit a CQC Regsitered Manager to work at their a well-established, nurse-led care home in Leicestershire, providing high-quality residential, nursing and specialist care for adults with complex needs.

The service is underpinned by strong clinical governance, a person-centred ethos and a commitment to delivering compassionate, outcome-focused care in a safe and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager ensure the delivery of safe, responsive and high-quality care.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for the overall performance, culture and compliance of the service, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents.

This position would also suit a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, particularly someone with a clinical or complex care background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visible, compassionate leadership, embedding a positive and inclusive culture
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Lead on clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
  • Oversee person-cented care planning, risk management and positive behaviour support
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, engaged team
  • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support service sustainability and growth
  • Drive occupancy, reputation and service quality in line with group expectations

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to progress)
  • Background in nursing, complex care, mental health or learning disabilities services
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • A relevant qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • A hands-on, calm and resilient leadership style
  • Ability to balance operational, clinical and commercial priorities
  • A genuine passion for person-centred, high-quality care
